"I really cannot find any fault"

I attended the adult surgical unit at the treatment centre located at Birmingham city hospital, I was to be there for 12 pm for surgery on my jaw. from start to finish my whole experience was brilliant! The unit was spotlessly clean and tidy, all nurses were friendly and really put me at ease. I was booked in and seen by nurses, surgeon and aneathatists quickly! The theatre staff were wonderful! I really cannot find any fault with the whole experience! And would like to thank everyone involved!
