"Customer Care at Neville Hall"

I recently attended Nevill Hall Hospital in Abergavenny as a day patient for Endoscopy procedures. I was delighted with the care I received from the staff of the unit. I needed transport to and from the hospital and this was provided by a friendly gentleman volunteer driver who got me to the unit on time and brought me home when my procedures were complete. I was treated promptly, efficiently and respectfully by all the staff of the Llanwenarth Suite. On leaving I was given a written report on the results of the procedures that I found to informative and helpful. My experience of the NHS has always been positive but in my opinion 'customer care' has improved somewhat over recent years.
