Thank you card received from a service user and his wife following support from the Mansfield and Ashfield IRIS team:
'Just to say thank you to you all for the KINDNESS and SUPPORT you gave to my husband during his bout of depression and anxiety, I don't think either of us would have got through it all without your help, So once again THANK YOU ALL'

Thank you for the lovely card and positive feedback for the Mansfield and Ashfield IRIS Team, we really appreciate it.
The team enjoyed visiting the patient and his wife who both showed such determination to get through his depression and anxiety, we are glad he his feeling so much better.
We wish you both well for the future.
