After reading other reviews on this page, my husband attended minor injuries at 09.20am so that he would not have a wait (thanks for info, really helped). The unit opens at 10am but you can get in there earlier and get on the waiting list. However when my husband got there, there is a notice that says "No xrays at weekends". Just giving you all the heads up, so you dont waste your time as my husband has today. Subsequently my husband left the unit and is on his way to Basildon A&E to join the masses! What a shame that a minor injury unit does not have this valuable facility at the weekends.

I am sorry for the time taken to respond to your review, it has only recently come to our attention that you have not received a response.

I am sorry to hear of your poor experience. I have contacted the Integrated Care Director for Basildon/Brentwood and Assistant Director of Adult Services to request that an investigation is carried out to look into the concerns you have raised.
