06/05/15 I went for a blood test and I expected a queue, as always seems to be the case in any blood test centre i've seen. However the queue when I arrived at half past four in the afternoon was immense. It filled the entire corrider which surrounds the blood testing cubicles and spilled out into and around the entire foyer. Despite the amont of people waiting the phlebotomists worked fast and well under pressure. I had to wait an hour in total. My only gibe, though it did not affect me personally was that the area was shut early, due to the amount of people waiting. I understand the staff want to go home at their usual time but I don't beleive the doors to a clinic should be shut earlier than they are supposed to. I don't know if this did affect anybody who came in later.
