I was admitted to the hospital on the 7th May after fracturing my hip in a fall. The ambulance was fast (it took less than 20 minutes to arrive) and the paramedics were extremely nice and helpful. The staff in A&E were wonderful and the wait was briefer than expected, given that it was a Friday evening. My highest praise, however, must be reserved for the staff on ward 9. Everyone treat me with the utmost respect and consideration, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were warm, friendly and supportive and couldn't have been more helpful, even when the ward was busy. Instead of criticising hospitals all the time, people should give praise where it's due, and I think this hospital is definitely worthy of praise.
"An excellent hospital!"
