"My review concerns the treatment of my late..."

I wish to thank the staff of Langham Ward for the excellent care and support they gave my late husband Colin Bray during his final days He had been in hospital several times since December and the care he received could not be faulted. They did everything to make him as comfortable as possible and it was much appreciated by his family. I don't know if this is the appropriate place to submit this letter of thanks but am sending it anyway.
