"Bulphan Ward"

I just wanted to praise the team on the Bulphan Ward for their excellent work in looking after my dad who was recently admitted there for eight days. They were so caring and I can't fault them. I was very surprised (pleasantly) at how things had improved from the last time he was in the hospital. He was not the easiest patient to look after I'm sure as he has alcohol dependency amongst other issues, but he was treated with respect and dignity by all the nurses and doctors. He is very grateful for the care he received and so am I. Thank you.
