(as a relative),

My mother who is suffering from dementia attends this department on a regular basis.

She is always treated with the utmost respect and courteousness,

Her treatment always reflects what is best for her and her welfare.

Neil obviously has his patients best interest at the top of his treatment plan, and is friendly and welcoming.
