My mother took me to the urgent care centre with a problem I had following my return from holiday. Because of what happened she found this site for me to use and has told me to write this complaint..
When I was called through, it was very very noisy. I didn't understand what was going on, because there was a nurse on the floor who was crawling all round and coughing, the nurse said they were ill and wanted to go home???? The nurse filled the corridor, ignored my presence therefore I was forced to step around them.
I was shocked at this and my mother said this was dreadful behaviour and the nurse should be sorted out.
Thankfully the nurse I actually saw was apologetic for the one crawling around the floor. This nurse was very helpful and kind explaining how to look after myself and what to do if things did not improve. They made up for the rude one.
Can someone explain what was going on and is this allowed. Only the nurse I saw had ID.Is this how your nurses should behave?
We look forward to seeing your response and hope its real and not a standard one
