"Colonoscopy at the new endoscopy unit at Lister..."

Wow. Outstanding staff and unit.

I was really nervous about having the colonoscopy but can honestly say if I had to pay I could not have received better care and treatment by staff in the clean and calming endoscopy unit at Lister.

From the welcome received by the receptionist, my dedicated nurse who put me at ease and treated me with such care making me feel calm and valued, the nurse who put in the cannula so I never felt a thing, the nurse who brought me my tea and sandwich after the procedure and who made sure I was fine and happy and of coursethe doctor who is so lovely, kind, caring, compassionate and somebody I trust 100% with all that they suggested or did.

Also thanks to the person who sorted out my appointment so I could have the procedure done in a certain month and who always comes across caring and helpful when I have my yearly appointments with them.

A fantastic team and a fantastic new unit.

Would not want to go anywhere else.
