The Nurse and Care assistance are an asset too the trust. In light of staff shortage and other challenges they pushed thru. I find it worrying thou that the investment in insure the ward works well is poor. From a business point of view, the way you treat your nursing staff during times of shortages if replicated in business would see delays to a project. In nursing its is not a simple project, it is people lives.
Can I suggest you try to invest in these areas, and give these nurses the support they need to treat patients who come in pretty unwell. Most people wouldn't work under the conditions you put your staff in
Thanks you to both day and night nursing staff you should be proud to have made a difference to so many ill people last Friday (23rd
Oct ).
The doctors I saw on Friday were great , I was grateful to be made comfortable while discussing with the consultant
