I completely agree with the points made by the previous reviewer. I found the majority of staff (not all admittedly) to be abrupt and unhelpful. I also had the feeling that there was very little interest in or empathy for end of life care. It was an horrendous experience for both me and my mother.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and also your mother's on this occasion and we will make sure your feedback is passed to the Ward Sister and Consultant.
