"Wonderful Ward 4"

On 15/16 October my elderly father was admitted to ward 4. From the outset the care he received was faultless. The nursing / care staff were caring and kind, compassionate and professional. The doctor who was dealing with my father was so understanding and took time out to `keep us in the picture`. All of the ward staff were so helpful and supportive. My father had fairly recently been admitted to two other local hospitals - Sunderland Royal and The Freeman, and the care he was given in both those hospitals was not as good. I cannot praise the staff on Ward 4 enough. Thank you all and thank you Q.E. Hospital
