Arrived early, receptionist was nice and was asked to go for X-ray before seeing doctor.
Sat chatting to NHS staff member who was also waiting for an appt and who told me all about the times of the buses and where they went to from outside Heatherwood.
Had X-ray then went for appt with doctor where I met the staff member again, who insisted I go in ahead of them so that I could catch the bus on time.
This was extremely kind of them.
Saw the doctor who explained everything in detail and booked me in for an MRI scan.
The whole experience was good no queues anywhere and was treated very well by all the staff at Heatherwood much better than previous visits to WPH.
