(as the patient),

I was admitted as an emergency. Absolutely fantastic ward who look after the patients so brilliantly. The staff are lovely and so caring and I would quite happily go back on the ward.

The care, professionalism shows on every nurse on the ward, they are fantastic and should be very proud. Even the poorly nurse with no voice, she is brilliant.

I am so pleased to read that you found the staff were caring, professional and kind and that should you require, you would be happy to return to the ward for further care.

I will be delighted to forward your feedback to Senior Sister Liz McNassor, and the Associate Head Nurse for Surgery, Louise Everett, who will be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure it is communicated to all of the team on the ward who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience in often difficult circumstances.
