My daughter (8) had a tonsilectomy here and the care she received was second to none! All of the staff were polite and helpful and reduced any anxiety my daughter had regarding the surgery whilst attempting to reduce my concerns. The nurses who dealt with her were excellent and most followed hygiene protocols with the exception of one who appeared to have a habit of licking their fingers after everything they did (very concerning and no wonder they had a cold!) the anaesthetist was excellent as was the surgeon who checked on my daughter three times throughout the day. Care was delived professionally with compassion, understanding and knowledge whilst treating my daughter as an individual. Excellent service
