(as a parent/guardian),

I want to say how wonderful the midwives were at the Willow Suite when my daughter went into labour. We were there for 14 hours and the care and attention she received at that time was outstanding. The midwives were so professional, caring and supportive and nothing was too much trouble. Sending a massive thank you and a massive well done

Thank you for your kind comments about your daughter's labour and birth experience on Willow Suite at Princess of Wales Maternity Unit at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.

Congratulations to you and your family on the birth of your new grandchild!

I am so pleased to read that the care and attention provided to her by our midwives was outstanding, and that you found them to be professional, caring and supportive throughout.

I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to Joy Payne, Head of Midwifery at the Trust, and Carol Lee, Patient Experience Lead Midwife for the trust, who will share your feedback with all of the midwifery team, who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.

I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is extremely important to us.
