"Integrated surgery and BTU appointments"

I had an appointment yesterday in Integrated Surgery, although the clinic was running a little late I was informed of this, I was promptly seen by the HCA who did a few basic obs,and assured me I would be seen next, I met for the first time the Consultant, after questions and an examination, they took time to explain what they were arranging for me,and also drew a diagram to explain why they were requesting further investigations ! Both the Consultant and their HCA , made me feel at ease, I came away from my appointment with every confidence that I was in good hands.
