I had a lump removed from my thigh. On admittance I was welcomed by staff and they informed me again step by step what the process was going to be. I met anaesthetist and surgeon going to do operation. In recovery was reassured all went well and taken to ward 62.
The staff were amazing tended every patient care at all times. Surgeon Mr Wafa came to let me know surgery went well and to make sure id settled in ok, and when I could leave.
On my next visit to get staples out, surgeon and his assistant were very helpful about my aftercare.
In all my experience in Glasgow Royal Infirmary and (first ever operation) I can't fault the care and attentive attention of every member of staff I met.
My thanks to all staff whose care I was in much appreciated.
"Excellent treatment from all the staff"
