About: Wycombe Hospital

thank you to all the amazing staff who went above and beyond their level of care to look after my mother when she was in ward 9 and then ward 8.

Although it was a stressful time for her, the staff made her stay a lot more pleasant, and always had a wonderful smile and attitude.

I would really like to personally thank all of them for their duty of care and commitment.

They answered all my questions, and kept me informed with her progress

A really big thank you from both Mum and I.

Thank you for your lovely comments and compliment to all the staff on Wards 8 and 9 at Wycombe Hospital.

I am sorry to learn that your dear Mum had to be admitted to these Wards, but very pleased to read that due to the staff's duty of care and comittment, with wonderful smiles and attitudes, this went to some way to help your Mum's stay a lot more pleasant, at what must have been a stressful time for your both. I hope your Mum is recovering well.

It is so rewarding to receive such feedback and to hear of how well staff across our services have worked together to ensure our patients are treated with compassion, dignity and respect.

Please be assured that I will pass on your 'big thank you' to the staff members involved in your mother's care on Ward's 8 & 9, for recognition and encouragement.
