Hi My name is Steve Dennis. I was flown over by Air Ambulance from St Marys Hospital on the IOW on the date above. I had suffered a Heart attack while at work at BNorman Airport on the Isle of Wight.
I would really like to thank all the staff that helped me. Firstly the people thet performed CRP on me at work. They started my survival. Next the people in the Ambulance Service that took over my condition. Then the people in the intensive Care Department at St Mary's Hospital IOW. Next the Air Ambulance people that flew me over to Portsmouth QA for treatment. Then the people in the PQA CCU Department that carried out the operation on my heart, inserting 3 stents so I could carry on my life. Last but not least the CCU Step Down Ward at St Mary's IOW that looked after me to make sure I was OK before I could go home. Thank You All. After 2wks, all is going in the right direction and hopefully I will be back to full fitness in a couple of months. Looked after Mr S Dennis IOW
