A very professional and welcoming service (apart from the receptionist).

I avoid my NHS GP surgery at all costs as they are hostile and defensive and focused only on revenue rather than patient care.

Therefore I was pleased to find out about this clinic after searching on the internet. I was so glad I did not have to visit my awful GP about such a sensitive issue.

When I got there, the receptionist was pretty unwelcoming and I thought she was going to turn me away. However once I got through her, it was fine. It was helpful that there was a sign up indicating the waiting time of 1. 5 hours so I knew what to expect.

The nurse I saw (I wish I had made a note of her name), was the best I could have hoped for. She was professional yet laid back and matter of fact, which really helped. She put me completely at ease. I hope her managers know how good she is.
