My optician noticed an irregularity in my right eye that needed medical attention, and he arranged for an appointment within 24 hours...The receptionist, staff nurse Anne, Nurse Michaela, and Dr Chee provided professional service with efficiency and courtesy

Wow, well that is service. I will make sure the team, particularly the receptionist, staff nurse Anne, Nurse Michaela, and Dr Chee are personally made aware of this. Unfortunately, I can't pass this to your optician who contributed to the speed of your service.
