(as a service user),

I would like to thank my Doctor (Alan) for all the help and support he gives me as my Psychiatrist and also his secretary (Susan) as she is always helpful when ever I call or email her.

I have had several Psychiatrist over the years and actually find that I have a good relationship with Doctor, he always listens to me, involving me in any desissions about my care. Thank You
