"Overdose of medication"

I have recently been a patient at ward 108 of the UHNS as they were correcting the errors made at Stafford Hospital last September.

I found the New Chief Executive of the Hospital honest and more so given he put it in writing confirmation that they gave me an overdose of morphine whilst an inpatient.

In my opinion, what is urgently required is an acute Stroke Unit and Rehabilitation unit however our new chief executive was honest and stated we would not have an acute facility. Respectfully, I feel that by the Hospital not having this means that Stroke patients will be a further risk due to additional milage and increase their impairments due to lack of prompt attention.
