I received a text confirming my appointment at the Sexual Health Service, Wilberforce Health Centre when I filled out the book appointment section on their website requesting an appointment to come in to see a doctor. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment time and was given a questionnaire to fill out and then sat and waited. Other people came in and were seen by the triage while I sat and waited, at one point the triage nurse was sat talking to another nurse obviously about another patient with the door wide open so everybody in the waiting room could hear everything. Eventually I went in the room to see the triage nurse who asked what I was doing at the clinic explaining to me she doesn't understand why the section I filled out on your website was there to be used as the appointment I'd made wasn't a service that was offered any more! It didn't fill me with much confidence.
I filled out their feedback section on the website and received a text to ask if I wanted to talk to somebody about my experience...I replied yes and got an answer back to say somebody would call me within five working days....this was a fortnight ago and I'm still waiting!
I would like the Castle Hill Unit to reopen.
