"Never stay at Priory 2"

My relative stayed on Priory 2 ward. This was one of the worst wards we have ever encountered.

The doctors on this ward didn't care about the pain my partner was in after getting an infection due to their carelessness. I noticed the doctors went from bed to bed touching everything and never washed it gelled their hands. Where other hospitals were clean especially on the weekend this hospital not only smelled dirty but was disgustingly so on the ward as well, no wonder their are infections here. The nurses were another kettle of gush, not only did I find some if the senior bands condescending but abrupt and rude to their Healthcare Assistants. I found that the Healthcare Assistants did everything themselves, toileting, washing and tending to all the patients needs, some more than others.

I wish this hospital all the best but I must say they need to be retrained from the higher heads to the lower heads because this place and ward is a disgrace.
