"Ward 10 for knee replacement"

I have just spent three nights on Ward 10 at Wansbeck following a total knee replacement. I cannot fault the staff I encountered...they were all so nice, nothing was too much trouble, even when they were rushed off their feet and clearly tired. Every single member of the team, from admissions to consultants, registrars, anaesthetists, recovery nurses, ward nurses, tea & coffee providers, physios and everyone else along the way - you were all marvellous. Thank you! I have never had a hospital experience like this before. Keep doing what you're doing.
