I have been attending adult continence service of Halton & St Helens PCT and St Helens hospital for over a year and am now ready to be discharged.
I was able to self-refer which made things much easier and as a result of the support and advice given by the nurses Helen and Gill my life is much improved.
It' not been easy but with perseverance I have turned my life around thanks to these excellent professionals.
Don't suffer in silence, despite the positive spin of TV adverts we don't have to put up with it at all.
