"Grateful for daughter's neonatal care"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Maternity care

(as a parent/guardian),

Our daughter was unexpectedly born at only 25 weeks gestation. We received excellent care from the obstetricians, midwives and neonatal staff at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

Our daughter was discharged from the neonatal service recently after her 2 year assessment. I can't put into words how grateful we are to all of the staff who looked after our daughter and the rest of the family over the last 2 years.

Dear Premmie mum

Thank you very much for your kind words about the care you and your daughter received in the Maternity Unit when your daughter was born prematurely, this must have been difficult and anxious time for everyone. I was pleased to read that your daughter has recently been discharged after her 2 year assessment.

I have passed your lovely feedback onto the Maternity team, who I am sure will delighted to hear this.

Thank you again

Jeannette
