About: St. Margaret's Hospital / Urology

It seems impossible to get a human being on the phone who will help you with queries,it is usually an answerphone which says they will ring you back, (no, they don't!). Or a human being who passes you on to an answerphone! Totally unacceptable. (Waiting for bladder installations).

I am sorry you have been having this experience. We do have a system to solve problems when you do find it difficult to contact someone or when things go wrong. It is the Patient Experience Team.
