I found this ward very dissapointing after a fall and having to have a full hip replacement.my room in a week was not washed once, I washed my tray with water and my own clean face flannel which could no longer use.One evening rand the bell to be helped to the toilet and waited half hour how a wet bed did not happen I don't know my Husband came in for visiting went to the desk not a soul there. One shower in a week not in the en suite as the nurse could not use it a great big bulge in the floor so dangerous to and if used all the water comes into the room.Ordered fruit cocktail and got pineapple which I don't eat and was told that is fruit cocktail. saw physics twice took a few steps on frame no crutches on the day I was discharged I ask to see them took me in wheel chair to some steps and asked if they were the same as mine at home I said no so the reply was no point in you doing them.so sent home with no crutches.Transport ordered for afternoon there I layer until 7 15 transported home and that's where I am with a frame cannot get out because no crutches or how to get donwn the steps.this ward seriously needs looking at every HCA and nurse has different orders one was not allowed to help me up must not touch me.Can we all be read from the same song book, that would help.Absoloutly the pits.
