"ENT Services - Royal Stoke"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I've had persistent ENT problems for nearly 12 months and many visits/treatments via my G. P. They eventually referred me for specialist advice. I'm disabled and naturally chose Royal Stoke as I live less a quarter of a mile from our new multi-million £ hospital. Royal stoke acknowledged my request for a consultant appointment. . . and that's it! ! ! No date was given to me. . just a letter stating they knew I needed to see a specialist.

Has the ENT at Stoke Royal closed down? It's a shabby way to treat patients and fellow health professionals (G. P. 's) trying to help folk.
