Calls I have made last week and today to try and speak to my Consultant have not been dealt with. No call back returned and still getting automated service today (14/11/16) when dialling 01213015300. Never had any problems getting thru on this telephone number before...

We are sorry you had difficulty getting through to our Zinnia centre. We have checked the line at differing times and calls are getting through. The staff have advised that the lines have been very busy and there have been times when callers have been waiting. If you have any concerns in future you can contact our Main Switchboard on 0121 301 0000 and request Zinnia or a named worker. Alternatively our Customer Relations PALS team can make contact on your behalf.
