Following a TIA (transient ischaemic attack) I was given an appointment with a Dr from General medicine.
When I attended the appointment on the 22nd September. I was kept waiting for one and a half hours I was informed that the Dr. was unavailable to see me
I wrote a letter complaining about being kept waiting.
The reply said they couldn't understand why I was complaining, the Doctor in question could remember me well and had completed my notes.
"Kept waiting at Nottingham University hospital"
