"A&E, EAU care for the elderly"

About: Salford Royal / Accident and emergency

Outstanding care for my mother on visits to A&E and subsequent short terms stays in EAU. Staff dealt with her in a caring professional manner taking into account all aspects of care, well being and dignity. The communication was excellent; clear and well delivered in challenging circumstances as we entered end of life care. Our thanks to all the staff.
