I was having heavy and irregular periods, so I went for an operation in the gynaecology department at the Royal Hallamshire. I was not pleased that my arrival time was very early (7:30am) despite being last on the theatre list. I was also not happy with the very short and rushed discussion with the doctor after surgery. I felt the medical care was average, and the cleanliness was not good either.
