(as the patient),

Very impressed with the treatment I received yesterday in A&E. one slight blip was the queue in the corridor. I was most impressed with all the staff that treated me even though they were extremely busy everyone was extremely professional and all had a very good attitude greeted warmly and everything explained. This was my first emergency visit to A&E and I left feeling very reassured as all the tests came back negative which was well explained to me and my husband. Please convey my thanks to all concerned.
