I would like to thank the staff under the leadership of the sister for the wonderful care they gave my mother during her last months of life . Everyone was so kind and caring and gave my mother a dignified ending . Although it was such a desperately sad time for the family you all demonstrated such support and treated us kindly and informatively . Nothing was ever too much trouble for you all . Worthing hospital is a shining example of the NHS at its best , thanks too, to the haematology team who again provided excellent care and treatment .

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments about your mother's care on Burlington ward, this is so kind of you given the circumstances and we are very grateful.

We will share your feedback with the ward sister and matron for the ward and our team in haematology and it will be lovely for them to read.

We have worked hard on our end of life care at our Trust and therefore it is good to read your comments about our care of your mother and her family.
