"My experience in Appleby Suite New Cross Hospital"

About: New Cross Hospital / General surgery

I went in to Appleby Suite as a day case to have my gall bladder out. I was very impressed with the efficiency of all the staff especially as there was so many attending on the same day and time 7.00am. I could not fault the kindness and care I had. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept informed on when I would be operated on and had visits from doctors and consultant before the operation explaining what would take place and how I would feel.afterwards. Everything happened as explained and after care was really good too. I was walked out by nurse to my awaiting husband. The student nurse who was under training was very kind and caring. Thank you so much to the Consultants and all the staff.
