"Staff consistency is very important to patients"

This hospital is better than the one I was in two years ago. There is structure and routine on the ward. We have things to get up for in the mornings. The OTs are great. Music inspires me and my family. The staff levels and staff turnover need to be looked at. In the two years, only two staff remain from the day I came here. When staff levels are low, patients do not get out of the ward. Going out is about living life. If you can't go out, you are not living. Staff consistency is very important to patients.

Staffing levels are something that we are looking at constantly to try and ensure that we have enough staff to provide the care that you need and we have made great improvements to this in the Women's Pathway over the last year.
