I had such an enjoyable labour and safe delivery and this was due to the excellent care given to me and my partner by the midwifery team on level 13. The midwifes involved in my care were outstanding and seemed to be very dedicated to their proffesion. I do feel sorry for the team of midwifes on level 12- post natal. The team on this ward are over worked and have to look after too many patients on any given shift. I felt that all focused on was getting as many discharges as possible. This in turn felt like they could't truly focus on given good patient care, everything was rushed!
