"Excellent service from Cleves Ward"

My father was in Cleves ward for about a week until he unfortunately passed away. We were extremely impressed with Cleves ward.
The ward sisters and doctors were excellent, as were all of the staff we met - everyone was efficient but friendly and supportive and caring, and nothing seemed to much trouble for them.
No complaints about the ward itself, which was always clean and tidy.
