I stayed on ward 23 at the University Hospital at Aintree. I was treated for a chest infection, for chest pain and for difficulty with my breathing.
All of the medical care from the consultants was excellent. Also from the medical staff, the doctors and porters, general staff, all very good. One hundred percent.
I think that there should be more care staff for the older people. To help feed them, when they are too ill to feed themselves.
I was treated with respect and dignity by all of the staff. Again one hundred percent helpful. Also the ambulance people, first class.
I would also like to mention the service from my medical centre practice, all of the doctors and staff, very good. Also, N.H.S direct, a very good service from all of the staff, well done.
