"Iris Ward"

About: King George Hospital / Urology

Spills on floor and wall.

Nurse walked along using a sheet under their foot to clean the corridor.

Patient left over an hour and a half waiting for urgent treatment ordered by doctor, with increasing pain levels but none came to do it.

No member of staff bothered to give patient's own meds while waiting for admission to ward despite the doctor recording them and a second doctor checking accuracy of timings and dosage.

No water supplied to patient in receiving room at all despite being there for over two hours.
