I was taken to Queens Hospital dated on the 18th of February due to collapsing around the Romford area.
Due to having a history of "back of the head pains" i was advised in undertaking a CT scan in which after 2 hours of waiting i was finally called up by a doctor, who had no information or knowledge of my case which resulted in the doctor saying they has not received my CT scan results.
Again, being called up after another 2 hours and the doctor telling me along the lines of "you have a bleeding in your brain" with no information or even going over my CT scans and a lack of empathy this was a shock for me and sister and my little nephew.
I encounted doctors with conduct that was not in any way professional, but i had no choice to stay overnight at the hospital in which a MRI scan was to be taken the next day.
I have found the doctors not to have a genuine empathetic manner with me finally some good news that i was well to go home.
Again no sign of a neurologist or any qualified doctor to answer my questions in a fourthright manner. My discharge papers from this hospital was irrelevant as no outcome to reason for suspecting a bleed to the brain which of course was not the case.
I wouldnt want to go to this hospital again and a big let down in terms of general A&E doctors who were very cold. My Gp has made referrals for me to get a second opinion from another hospital just to be sure.
On a plus side all the nurses was lovely and compassionate.
