Turned up at PAH at 06.45 for a blood test as I was informed that they opened early for people that had to work. On arrival I find that most of the people sitting there were elderly. And could have quite easily have come during the day. At 07.00 when it was meant to be open no person had actually shown up for work, then at 07.10 someone kindly turns up to find the doors still locked, they then wander back off to get the door code, 5 minutes later some nurses decided to report for work, Surely the idea of opening at 07.00 is that you actually start to take people's bloods then not 20 minutes later when you actually decided to turn up for work. Poor service from a hospital already under performing. Surely it might help if people turned up for work promptly, and everything in place to start when you actually say you will.
