I worked with citt (Cahms intensive treatment team) for over a year and they were absolutely wonderful I had such a dedicated case manager Sandra who had made such a big impact to my care and always gave a hundred and ten percent too trying to get me better and gave me all the support I needed which I cannot thank her enough for.
Another worker I worked with called Lisa who was amazing at calming me down on the phone when I was in crisis I didn't ever have to say I was upset she just knew and always knew what to do to calm me down enough so I could talk and she was extremely patient with me and always acted professional.
Also a worker called Jackie who was one of the people who was able to defuse a situation when things were all over the place she was able to ground me and get me to see sense. She also explained things in a different way and always gave me the hope I needed to keep going she is so wonderful at her job and always gives everything to her job and is just a genuinely nice caring person.
All of the team are so wonderful in their own way and provided the best service you could imagine they went further than their job role told them to just to make sure I was safe. The team instantly made me feel able to trust them as they were so professional and calm which is what I needed they saved my life and are the main reason why I'm still standing to this day their needs to be more people in the mental health service like them.
"They are the main reason I'm still standing today"
