Why do they not advertise there is no X-ray available.. basic info not given and time wasted!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your visit to the Urgent Care Centre at Erith.
I understand that you were unhappy that the xray facilities were not in operation over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
The xray service at Erith Hospital is provided by Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust and we do not have any control over the opening times, generally it is open Monday to Friday 0800-1600.
I am sure if you contact Dartford & Gravesham they will be able to answer further your question as to why they do not open on Bank Holidays.
I am sorry I am unable to answer or comment further on this.
